We have custom built or supplied well over 500 new computers for our clients. We don’t keep any new computers in stock but rather build a new one as each client requests or requires one. This ensures that only the latest technology is in any new computer you buy from us. You can be certain that you are getting the latest and the greatest. The other advantage to having a custom-built computer is that you get exactly what you need. nothing more, nothing less. That way you aren’t paying for things you don’t need and likewise you aren’t getting something less than what you need. Steps to take to build your new computer
Discuss what you need your new computer to do
We will discuss either over the phone, via email or in person exactly what you need, what do you use your computer for? what features do you want it to have? Perhaps you only use it for basic things such as sending and receiving emails, basic word documents and internet banking. Or maybe you want to be able to game on it, watch movies etc. This step ensures you get a system that does exactly what you need, nothing more and nothing less.
Quote drawn up of your new computer system
Our technician will now recommend and draw up a quote for your new system. This will include any additional software (Microsoft Office, anti-virus software) or hardware (monitor, keyboard, mouse or even a new printer!) you may need as part of the setup.
System will be custom built
Once you give us the go ahead on your quote we will process the order for your parts to ensure we get the latest parts available for your system. We will build it and let you know when we can deliver it (This can be done in a matter of days so long as all parts are in stock.)
Setup your new computer
We will organise a time at your convenience to come to your home or office to setup your new computer, connect your printer etc. No need to worry about which cable goes where, we’ll take care of it. This is one of the peaks of our service, its all done for you!
